Richard B. Cohen

Richard is a renowned psychotherapist, certified cognitive-behavioral specialist, master addictions counselor and award-winning treatment program developer. A leading innovator of mental health delivery services in Southern California since 1975, he is the founder and CEO of Of One Mind Innovative Behavioral Health, Addiction, and Educational Resources.
Robert D. Cohen

Robert is an experienced licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT # 89085) who specializes in working with adolescents, young adults and their families. Robert uses a unique blend of humor and warmth, combined with a creative cognitive-behavioral approach to help young people and their families become better versions of themselves.

Irma is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been actively working in the mental health field for the past 20 years. Irma has completed specialized advanced training in the latest evidence-based practices through The National Center for Traumatic Stress Network.

A native of England, Gabrielle, gained her BSC. Honors in Applied Psychology, from the University of Durham, an Ivy League school in England, where she explored different disorders in-depth such as anxiety, depression, addiction, child development, PTSD, to name a few.

Anthony has been working with children and their families for the past ten years as a special education teacher. Originally, he worked in the field of severe special needs children only, teaching life skills and reducing behaviors to help children and young adults to be active members of the community.
Kirstie Crowder
Community Outreach Liaison Coordinator
Kirstie Crowder graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Prior to working at Of One Mind, Kirstie worked for a rehabilitation center for individuals with Schizophrenia and other co-occurring disorders.
